People and why they are so and how this relates to Obama

I cringe when I see people disrespect each other. I cringe at conflict. The reason for my cringing stems from the fact that conflict is nothing less than two people, or parties, holding different viewpoints that exist in their own minds based on their life experiences. Therefore, when there is conflict, both parties are completely right and completely wrong at the same time. Its all a matter of perspective. So, I cringe. Maybe I cringe because when there is conflict, friends and associates of the parties in conflict are expected to step in and defend their own. I can't do this. It doesn't matter who, because I know that they are wrong, and right at the same time.

Just keep writing. Keep writing. Keep writing.

Obama is going to be the president tomorrow. I am at once extremely optimistic and restrained for his arrival. I hope he isn't too good to be true. Because he is good. Too good. If he can do what I think he can do, then this world is truly going to become a better place. And sooner than we think. Barack Obama has managed to change people's minds. He is literally changing the way people view the world and the way they view the future. By doing that, he is changing the future. What we, as the human race become is one hundred percent dependent on what we as the human race THINK we will become. Its a collective mindset that will either destroy us or bring us to a higher place in life. In a world full of optimism and collectivism, the sky is the limit. Before Obama, I could have never imagined such a person could exist, a person with the power to influence such a massive group of people in every corner of the world. He is still only scratching at the surface of what is necessary and POSSIBLE for us to achieve, but the fact that he has managed to scratch that surface at all is an incredibly powerful achievement.
